Ordering Online
1. Browse our site by selecting a product category from the menu located above or on the right side of the page.
2. Click on the [Buy Now] or [Add to Cart] button to add desired products to your shopping cart.
3. To view your Shopping Cart, click on the Cart link in the top right corner of any page.
4. On the Shopping Cart page, you can modify the product quantities or remove items if necessary.
5. When ready to complete your order, click on the [Go To Checkout] button.
6. Review the total amount to be charged before finalizing your order.
7. Choose between completing payment on our site or using PayPal.
8. Rest assured that all personal information is encrypted with Transport Layer Security (TLS), and we do not store credit card information in our system.

- Orders are shipped from Western NY.

- We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
- We do not accept Purchase Orders.

Returns
Non-Shipped Orders:
If you change your mind shortly after completing your payment, please send us an email through the Contact Us page. We will issue a full refund for orders that have not been shipped.
Defective Products/Warranty Issues:
If you are not satisfied with any non-Rocketarium product you receive, return it to us within 45 days from the date of invoice for a replacement, refund, or merchandise credit. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a totally resalable condition.
We will address any defects or missing items in Rocketarium Rocket Kits for one year after the purchase, if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer.
Other Returns - Not Needed or Wanted:
If you no longer need or want the product you received, please return it to us within 45 days from the date of invoice for a replacement, refund
, or merchandise credit. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a totally resalable condition.
A $7 processing fee will be charged on non-wanted orders.
