Nomex Heat Shields

These flame resistant parachute protectors are made from Nomex. These are high quality, light-weight, heat shields. Eliminates the need for recovery wadding or ejection baffles.

The Navy, Blue, and Red Nomex is 4.5oz fabric. The Camo green Nomex for sale here is 3.5oz fabric. The heavier fabric is obviously more durable but adds more weight to the rocket. All heat shields have edges that are machine-finished with black Nomex thread. The shock cord hole is also reinforced with Nomex thread.
