Ordering & Shipping
Shipping within USA
- Shipping starts at 6.95$ for orders shipped within USA.
- Orders are shipped within 2 business days and usually delivered within 4 - 7 business days (Mon-Fri).
International shipping
- Please visit retailers page to find out if our products are available in your country.
- Or, use our shipping calculator available on the shopping cart to get shipping rate.
- The estimated arrival time is not a guarantee. We estimate that in 10-17 days your order will be at customs in your country.
Shipping to EU
- We can only ship orders over 150 EUR at this time.
Shipping to UK
- All orders over 135£ are shipped as usual. Customer is responsible for paying brokerage duties and VAT.
- For orders below 135£ We will charge the UK VAT on the cost of goods and shipping. We are VAT registered in UK.
Processing Time
Please assume a processing time (from time of placement until order ships out) of 2 business days (Monday-Friday).
For example: If an order is placed on Monday, we will process it on Wednesday the latest.
Orders with wrong shipping address
Please take extra care when completing your shipping address. Orders sent and accepted at the wrong address due to the wrong address provided by customer - will not be refunded. Orders are delivered to the address specified and the address cannot be changed after the order is accepted by the carrier.
If the order is sent to non-existing address it will be returned to us. All carriers charge full shipping rate for returned parcels. There is also a charge to re-send the package. We will pass these charges to the customer, unless the address was wrong due to the error on our side. We will re-send the parcel after receiving the payment, or issue a refund for the amount of order minus ALL shipping charges incurred.
Uncollected orders
Uncollected orders will be delivered back to us. If the order is returned within 45 days after the purchase is made, we will issue a refund for the order minus all shipping charges incurred. The order re-stock fee of 7$ will be deducted.
For the orders returned after 45 days the re-stock fee is 15$.
